Kensington 4000 Motion Control Axis Board
$380.00This is a single axis card for use in a Kensington 4000-series Motion Controller. It may be configured to operate just about any of the standard Kensington actuators, including linear stages, rotary stages, and robotic devices..
The axis cards need to be matched to the particular motor / actuator device with which they will be connected. This is accomplished using a terminal attached to the 4000 controller. The only test equipment that is generally needed is a 10MHz oscilloscope capable of displaying Lissajous patterns. We can provide a copy of the Kensington 4000 installation manual, if needed. If you are adding a board to an existing controller, please make sure that the position in which you are installing it has the driver transistors installed in the rear heat-sink of the controller. There will also be a harness inside that connects to the white connector at the bottom center of the board. If your controller is missing these components, we may be able to supply them � please inquire
All the cards are in excellent condition, and have been stored in proper packaging for sensitive electronics.

This listing consists of a complete Ergoplan viewing tube, catalog number 572 069. This tube features super-wide-field optics (30mm diameter ocular tubes), adjustable binocular tube inclination, and a special retro-reflection system that allows certain accessories to project reticles or masks directly into the oculars. The Leitz description is �Ergoplan Tube FSA-WR�. In addition, the tube has a relay lens turret with magnification factors of 1x, 1.6x, and 2.5x. There is a standard ISO 38mm diameter photo port.
The condition of the viewing tube is very fine, and functionally perfect (it was tested and the alignment checked). This tube is intended only for use with the Ergoplan instrument � it is very massive and requires a very substantial stand to support it

Leitz (Leica) Ergoplan 8 by 8 Motorized Stage

This is a Leitz (Leica) motorized stage from an Ergoplan semiconductor inspection microscope. The stage has a travel of 8 by 8 inches. There are rotary encoders on each axis. The stage may be driven manually by unthreading the caps over each encoder housing thereby revealing a small knob (see last photo). Leitz part number for this stage is 572 072.
We do not have any of the driver electronics for the stage. There are two DIN round locking 12-pin connectors on the side of the stage (one for each axis). The stage runs on cross-roller bearings, and the lead screws are precision ball-screws. The vacuum wafer chuck that was with the stage is being offered separately. We do not have the standard glass insert that would have been originally delivered with the stage.
The stage is in very fine condition � both axes have been rebuilt and all bearings cleaned and relubricated. There is no play in either axis, either in the cross-roller bearing ways, or in the lead screws. This stage may easily be adapted for other instruments besides the Ergoplan, but be advised that it has substantial weight � just shy of 20 pounds without any insert. There are two bearing ledges on the base of the stage that may be used to support the stage on a flat surface, but the original means of mounting was via four counter-bored holes in the bottom horizontal plate.

Control Laser Nd YAG Cooling Chamber CP-5
$50.00Control Laser flow chamber in excellent condition � includes optical bench carrier. The chamber includes a Nd YAG laser rod, reflector cavity (in poor condition � there is a moderate amount of corrosion and plating loss on both halves of the cavity), all gaskets, heat sink cover, and lamp contacts. Also includes both flow cells, although they appear to be a bit cloudy and probably should be replaced..
Notably missing is the exciter lamp. The lamp contacts are the clip type, and you may wish to replace them. There is quite a bit of plating loss on the contacts. The chamber is also missing the pair of tapered light baffle supports. All of these items are very easy to replace. I am not sure if the reflector cavity can be replated or if it will need to be replaced altogether.
