This is an unusual neutral density filter on a wafer-thin glass substrate. The optical density is marked on the surface of the filter (0.96) in blue ink. I have not attempted to remove the marking. The filter is very uniform in density (the gradation visible in the photo is an artifact of the lighting). There are a few fine scratches in the coating near the edge with the marking. There is also a fine scratch in the glass on the side opposite the coating (see second photo). It extends most of the way across the filter.
Diameter 2.000 inches
Thickness 0.029 inches (0.75mm)
Optical Density 0.96

Unit is a Newport 10RP32-532 zero-order precision wave plate.
Specifications:
-Diameter 25.4mm
-Wavelength: 532nm
-Thickness: 6.35mm..
Manufactures description:
The 10RP32-532 True Zero-Order Wave Plate consists of a birefringent polymer film cemented between two high-precision, high efficiency, broadband antireflection coated BK 7 windows. This construction ensures excellent transmitted 532 nm wavefront quality and /2 retardation, while minimizing beam deviation and surface reflection losses. The assembly is mounted in a 25.4 mm outer diameter black anodized aluminum housing for protection and ease of mounting and has a 17.8 mm clear aperture. The wave plate fast axis marked for alignment reference. Polymer wave plates offer benefits over quartz wave plates such as better angular acceptance and less sensitivity to wavelength change. Polymer wave plates have excellent angular field of view. Retardation changes by less than 1% over a 12 incidence angle. The polymer material has very low birefringence that is nearly constant with wavelength..

The 5123 General Purpose Silver Coated Mirror can be used over a broad spectral range with better than 95% reflectivity from 450 nm to beyond 12 m. It’s proprietary silver-based coating makes this 2.0 inch (50.8 mm) diameter mirror highly reflective from 0 to 45 and virtually insensitive to polarization. Protective dielectric coatings make it resistant to tarnish and oxidation. Plus it has minimal phase distortion, so it is useful for ultrafast-pulsed applications with Ti:Sapphire and other lasers.
VIS-IR Bandpass Blocking Filter is an optional blocking filter to shape the spectral output of our 300 to 450 W UV Flood Sources (Simulators). 290 to 400 nm plus residual 650 to 800 nm typical spectral output when used with the 81017 atmospheric attenuation filter. Newport 900PH-1 1.0 Micron
It is easiest to quote the Newport website for specifications regarding this mounted pinhole:
The 900PH-1 High Energy Pinhole Aperture is fabricated from ultra-thin molybdenum, a refractory alloy with high heat conductivity and melting point. This material exhibits almost no warping due to localized heating by the laser. A smooth 1 +/- 0.5 micron diameter hole with extremely low ellipticity is produced using laser drilling techniques. These pinholes have a laser damage threshold of 75 MW/cm2 CW and are suitable for pulsed laser use up to 700 mj/cm2.
This pinhole comes mounted into a square steel housing with pin and is intended for use in the Newport Model 900 spatial filter.
The mount of the pinhole states 10 microns, but either the decimal is missing or a 1 micron pinhole has been substituted for the original foil. The pinhole is perfectly round but is only visible with a fairly high magnification microscope.

Mounted 2X Anamorphic Prism Pair, 780 – 1550 nm
This anamorphic prism pair in a cylindrical mount is used to magnify a laser beam diameter in only one axis by a factor of 2x. Although not marked on the barrel, this was determined to be the prism pair used for the wavelength range of 780 to 1550nm by measuring the beam offset of the mount which was 5.7mm. (The only other 2x prism pair offered by Melles Griot has a 5.lmm offset).
The polarization state of the laser beam is unaltered. The prisms are coated to minimize reflection losses. Beam deviation may be altered by up to one degree, typically less. The output side of the housing is counterbored to accommodate interchangeable diode laser objectives in mounted cells (not included).
Input beam diameter can be up to 8 x 4mm. Outer black-anodized aluminum housing diameter is 30.15mm. Length is 38.1mm. Wavefront error held to less than wave at 830nm.
The prism system is in superb condition both optically and cosmetically. The set screw for retaining the optional objective is absent.

This is a plano-cylindrical lens. These lenses have a defined magnification in one direction, and perpendicular to that direction they are effectively ‘unpowered’. Cylindrical lenses find numerous applications in holography, as well as imaging elongated slits in spectrometers and monochromators.
Characteristics of this lens include:
 Focal length – Positive 100mm
 Length – 40mm
 Width – 25mm
 Manufacturer – Unknown
 Part number – Unknown
 Glass type – BK7 ?
 Uncoated
 Condition – no visible defects
Please note – unless we are able to determine that a lens is a higher precision type (either by part number or by nomenclature on the lens itself) then it should be assumed that the lens has a low precision figure. When we have determined that a lens is definitely a low precision grade, then that will be stated in the lens characteristics.
