Hewlett Packard 8665B Synthesized Signal Generator 100KHz-6GHz for PARTS/REPAIR. Unit powers on. Display bright, cooling fan clean and quiet. Passes self-test with no errors, continues on to self-calibrate mode, then instrument recalls last operating state and proceeds to function. Output is very low, when set at 0dB, at various frequencies throughout the instrument’s bandwidth, signal is almost unreadable (-100ish), adjusting level higher has no effect, adjusting level below 0dB lowers output, and step attenuators appear to function, modulation synthesizers appear to function O.K.  No manual, cables or other accessories. As shown. *This item is heavy and will require extra packing and an oversized box, shipping cost will be high.
