Power Supply for FT600

This Prometrix power supply has two part number labels attached. The first identifies it as a C2C / FT, and the smaller label on the side as an FT600. It is a rack-mount supply with two modular DC supplies on the inside that are wired to two special connectors on the rear panel. There is also a small vacuum pump with a connection line to the rear panel.

This supply came with a Prometrix FT650 film thickness measurement system. It appears to be in excellent condition but we have no way to test it other than to ‘power-on’.

This is some sort of intermediate plate used between a linear stage and a rotary fixture. There is a vacuum fitting on the side of the plate, but I do not see any openings in the recess. The fixture is composed of two 10 inch square black anodized aluminum plates with a total thickness of 1.5 inches. The recess is 0.47 inches deep, and 8 inches in diameter. Centered in the floor of the recess is a 4 inch diameter boss that is 0.17 inches tall.

The plate was installed on an OSI 8×8 solid stage, and may have been manufactured for them by DCI (Design Components Inc). There is no part number on the plate.

This is a Ealing-Beck 22-4063 Triangular Bench Short Pillar.

This is ashort pillar for use with various Ealing triangular optical bench carriers. The pillar is 56mm tall and has three mounting counterbores for attaching to the carriers which are threaded to receive them. The bore in the pillar is 13.7mm in diameter, with a second eccentric bore directly opposite the clamp screw so smaller diameter posts can be clamped accurately. Smallest recommended diameter is 10mm. The part number of the holder is 22-4063.

Self-Centering Lens Holder with 13.7mm Post

This is an Ealing Self-centering Lens Mount with 13.7mm diameter pin. The holder is spring-loaded. Merely squeezing the two upper pins together opens the chuck jaws. The holder will accommodate lenses up to 115mm in diameter. Deep grooves in the holder securely center lenses up to 12mm in edge thickness. The clear opening in the holder is 85mm.
