This is a Micro-Slides Model SK150A-200-0021 in near-perfect condition except some light clamping marks from stage clamp. The nomenclature label on a couple of the stages is a bit smeared. This same slide is now manufactured by American Linear Manufacturers of Westbury, NY as the model LA6-8-2K with the stage lock option installed.

The stage features aluminum construction with cross-roller bearings. The knob is graduated in 0.001 inch divisions, with a massive 0.625-40 pitch lead screw. The clamp assembly (which is easily removable) adds an additional 1.50 inches to the width of the slide (including clamping knob).
