The Qorvo TGA4905EPU-CP is a high-performance Ka-band packaged MMIC amplifier designed for high-frequency RF/microwave applications. Originally developed under Qorvo’s 0.25 µm pHEMT process, it offers a compact form factor and robust performance in demanding applications.
