The CentreCOM Micro Transceivers are 10Base-2 and 10Base-T compliant transceivers designed to reduce Ethernet cabling costs.
Ethernet cabling costs. Compact size allows these transceivers to connect directly to the workstation, bringing thin Ethernet or Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) wiring directly to the workstation. With UTP and inexpensive coax network media, distances up to 100 meters between workstations can be supported using UTP, and up to 185 meters using coax. On all models Signal Quality Error (SQE)/Heartbeat test can easily be enabled or disabled via an externally accessible switch. Additionally, all models have integral jabber lock-up prevention circuitry and a loopback function. This function emulates coaxial media where transmitted packets are looped back to the receive side. Local Area Network (LAN) controllers can use the loopback feature to determine if a Media Attachment Unit (MAU) is connected and operational. This is a slim-line version of the device for improved mechanical fit for Macintosh, Sun SPARC stations and IBM RS/6000 workstations.

The ability to integrate data from geographically dispersed surveillance sensors can result in enhanced safety, increased system capacity and efficiency, and substantial cost savings. The Saab Sensis System Interface Unit (SIU) is a highly modular data format and protocol converter that enables the integration of disparate sensor data. Each SIU module contains four independent, bi-directional serial channels which support a variety of protocols, electrical standards and message formats. The SIU�s rack-mountable enclosure provides power for up to six SIU modules and a 10BASE-T Ethernet hub (10/100BASE-T Switch). The SIU modules and enclosure form an Ethernet network to transfer datausing standard TCP/IP and UDP/IP communication protocols. Additionally, the enclosure has a spare Ethernet port to connect multiple SIUs for communication between the serial data channels and modern, networked computer systems or displays. SIU channels can be easily re-configured over an Ethernet connection using a maintenance software program.

From manufacturer website: The 818-IS-1 Universal Fiber Optic Detector uses a symmetrical integrating sphere design to ensure the most accurate calibration possible regardless of the fiber type measured. The integrating sphere uses a novel dual detector design with special optics that improve temperature sensitivity markedly from ordinary detectors. It is fully calibrated to traceable standards over the wavelength range of 410�1650 nm. The 818-IS-1 is compatible with Newport’s legacy power meters utilizing calibration modules. Maximum versatility is provided by the detector�s dual port design. A variety of adaptors for connector-terminated fibers are provided and plug into the detector�s front port. The rear port is designed to measure light from straight and angle cleaved bare fibers using Newport�s FP3-FH1 bare fiber holder. (Adapters are included with each detector together with a rugged carrying case.)
One of the adapters in the kit is missing and the allen wrenches are missing.
The bare fiber holder is missing the inside clamping liner.
