BMI Surplus – Return & Exchange Policy

BMI Surplus reserves the right to make the final decision on acceptance of any return or exchange

 

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following products are final sale and non-returnable:

1. Untested / Parts-Only Items

Items listed as “Untested” or “Parts Only” are sold AS IS, at discounted pricing, and are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Circuit Boards

All circuit board sales are final, sold as is, without warranty or guarantee, and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

How to Request a Return

If you did not receive the correct item or need to return an eligible product:

  1. Email [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the item.
  4. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition received, with:
  • The original packing slip
  • Written explanation of the return

 

 

Incorrect Item Received

If BMI Surplus ships an item different from what you ordered, notify us immediately upon receipt.
We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense and will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

 

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
