The Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC ZCU111 Evaluation Board is a powerful development platform designed for high-performance RF system prototyping. Built around the XCZU28DR RFSoC, the ZCU111 integrates eight 12-bit ADCs and eight 14-bit DACs, enabling direct RF sampling at rates up to 4.096 GSPS (ADCs) and 6.554 GSPS (DACs). This all-in-one solution combines programmable logic, high-speed analog, and embedded ARM processing to streamline the design of complex systems such as 5G wireless infrastructure, phased-array radar, DOCSIS cable modems, and electronic warfare.

The ZCU111 features dual DDR4 memory banks (one each for the processing system and programmable logic), multi-gigabit transceivers, SFP28 optical networking support, and multiple FMC+ and RFMC connectors for flexible I/O. It ships with the XM500 RFMC balun card, bandpass/low-pass filters, and essential cables. Full support for the Vivado Design Suite and PetaLinux tools allows rapid software/hardware co-design.
