Product Description
TriQuint AH31-G High Dynamic Range IF Amplifier – Lot of 10
This lot consists of ten (10) TriQuint AH31-G high dynamic range MMIC amplifiers. Designed for use from 50 MHz to 1000 MHz, the AH31-G combines low noise figure with high linearity, making it ideal for IF amplification in sensitive receiver and transmitter paths .
Originally manufactured by TriQuint (now part of Qorvo), this part is a staple in RF and microwave design. It is supplied in a surface-mount SOT-89 package, which is RoHS-compliant and “green” .
