Texas Instruments AFE7422EVM Evaluation Module

The AFE7422EVM is an evaluation module designed for the AFE7422, a highly integrated dual-channel RF-sampling transceiver featuring:

• Two 14-bit, 9 GSPS DACs (up to 1200 MHz bandwidth per channel)

• Two 14-bit, 3 GSPS ADCs (up to 1500 MHz bandwidth)

• Integrated digital step attenuators (DSAs) for tuning both transmit and receive paths

• Support for JESD204B (8 lanes; subclass-1) at up to 15 Gbps

• On-chip PLL/VCO with clock output and bypass capability

• RF operation from 10 MHz to 6 GHz
