These MKS Instruments 290 dual ion gauge controllers feature autoranging & process control. They are precision instrument designed to indicate high vacuum pressures from 1×10-3 to 1×10-8 Torr. The MKS 290 can be connected to two separate cathode ion gauge tubes but only operates and displays pressure from one tube at a time (through a front panel gauge selector switch). The MKS 290 dual ion gauge controller has two independent ionization gauge set points to provide process control over 5 decades of high vacuum pressure. The basic unit is comprised of a power supply, electrometer, emission controller and ion gauge meter. These MKS Instruments 290 dual high vacuum ion gauge controllers operate on either 115 or 220 VAC.
