MDC 130007 Conflat Flange

This MDC Precision 130007 flange is a high-quality ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) compatible ConFlat® (CF) style flange in DN 25CF (~1¼″ OD) size. The unit is constructed of 304 stainless steel for excellent vacuum performance and cleanliness. The flange is designed in a non-rotatable format (bolt‐face does not rotate) and features tapped bolt holes for secure assembly (rather than clearance holes).
Typical applications include: vacuum chambers, UHV linkups, semiconductor processing, research instrumentation, optical vacuum systems, and industrial vacuum installations.
