LDS Vacuum NW16-050-LF Long Butt Flange – LOT OF 7

• NW16-050-LF” is a Long Butt Flange for NW16 (aka KF16 / QF16) vacuum systems, intended for use with a 0.50″ (½”) tube size.

• It’s made of 304 stainless steel in the “LF” version (i.e. “Long Flange” or “Long Butt Flange”)

• Dimensions / characteristics:

  • Outer diameter (flange OD): ~1.18″ (i.e. the standard NW16 flange OD)

  • Tube size (the bore): 0.50″ (½″)

  • The “long” version implies a longer “neck” (butt weld length) so the flange projects farther from the tube than a short weld stub flange would.

So in vacuum / confinement plumbing, you would weld this flange onto a ½″ tube (or use with matching stainless tubing) to form part of a vacuum flange connection with NW16 clamps, centering rings, etc.
