This is a Custom Welded Bellows 002-0081-01-MA Rev 6.

Specifications : 2.75″ Nominal OD, 1.75″ ID 18.75″ relaxed length. Terminated at one end by a 2.95″ OD flange with O-ring groove 2.865″ OD x 2.65″ ID. (4) Threaded bolt holes (believed to be 2.5 mm metric thread) on a 2.4″ bolt circle O-ring groove is outboard of the bolt circle for re-entrant style vacuum connection. Other end is terminated in a flange with an o-ring groove of 2.86″ OD x 2.62″ ID. (6) Threaded bolt holes (believed to be 2.5 mm metric thread) on a 2.65″ bolt circle. Being a welded bellows (not formed) it is very flexible.
