This used Baker Company SG-403TX is a SterilchemGARD III Advance Class II, Type B2 biological safety cabinet designed for work with biological agents requiring containment and a sterile environment. This model is a total exhaust cabinet, meaning 100% of the air is exhausted to the outside, making it suitable for work with volatile toxic chemicals and radionuclides in addition to biological agents .
The cabinet is 4 feet wide and features a stainless steel, seamless work surface for easy cleaning . The system is designed with an internal exhaust blower that is interlocked with the supply blower to ensure proper airflow balance.
