Avantek AT41435 Bipolar Transistor – LOT OF 25

The Avantek AT41435 is a low-noise NPN bipolar transistor intended for RF/microwave use.

It is capable up to about 6 GHz operation.

It features a relatively low noise figure: about 1.7 dB at 2 GHz, and ~3.0 dB at 4 GHz.

It has decent gain as well: ~14 dB at 2 GHz and ~10 dB at 4 GHz.

The gain-bandwidth product (fT) is specified at about 8 GHz.
