The ASSET InterTech RIC-1000 is a compact, Ethernet-based Remote Instrumentation Controller designed to extend the capabilities of the ScanWorks® embedded instrumentation platform.

It enables remote application of JTAG/boundary scan tests and diagnostics on units under test (UUTs) across local or global networks.

The RIC-1000 is housed in a self-contained enclosure, eliminating the need for a dedicated PC at the test location.

Its design supports remote test execution, making it ideal for distributed manufacturing setups or field diagnostics.

The controller’s ability to perform tests over the Internet reduces the need for on-site test equipment and personnel, leading to cost savings and increased efficiency
