Accu‑Glass Products 100201 Feedthrough

This is a 9-pin Subminiature-D style vacuum feedthrough mounted on an ISO NW40 KF flange for high / ultra-high vacuum instrumentation applications.

Key features include:

• 9 contacts (male pins) rated for up to 500 V DC and 5 A maximum under typical conditions (20 °C, with up to ~20 % of pins at max rating).

• Service temperature from –26 °C up to +150 °C (when using a Viton® elastomer seal) for standard use.

• Vacuum compatibility: rated to ~1×10⁻⁸ Torr for “HV” service.

• Flange: ISO NW40 (KF40) mounting interface on the vacuum side, making it compact and suitable for smaller vacuum systems.

• Straight-through pin design: note that due to the internal configuration, the air-side pin numbering is mirrored relative to the vacuum-side positions. Care should be taken when wiring or labeling.
