Accu-Glass 110110 In-Line Connector – BAG of 5

This Accu-Glass Products part number 110110 (ILC59-5) is a high-performance in-line connector designed for ultra-high vacuum applications. With a nominal bore diameter of 0.059″, it mates to comparable pins or wire conductors and is optimized for UHV systems where minimal outgassing and high temperature bake capability are required. The gold-plated beryllium-copper construction ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, while stainless steel set screws provide secure termination of conductors. Rated to 1 × 10⁻¹⁰ Torr, this connector can be baked up to 400 °C in vacuum service or used in air up to 150 °C. The compact size (≈ 0.5″ length) makes it suitable for tight vacuum feedthrough assemblies or custom vacuum cable harnesses. Sold as a pack of five connectors, model ILC59-5.
