– 100µHz to 11MHz frequency range in 9 ranges
– Waveforms below 1.1kHz are synthesized digitally to provide additional features of up and down ramps, haverwaves, instantaneous hold/continue, and operation down to ultra-low frequencies with external -reference
– Wave forms: sine, triangle, square, and DC;
– Amplitude: up to 20V p-p (10V p-p into 50O).
