Tektronix P6230 Variable Bias / Offset Probe.

The P6230 an active probe with a very low-impedance and high bandwidth. The probe features an adjustable nulling voltage at the probe tip to reduce DC-loading effects. The probe requires probe power as found on many Tektronix oscilloscopes and vertical amplifiers. When the oscilloscope does not have probe power, and external power supply (such as the Tek 1101 or 1101A) may be employed..

• Bandwidth – DC to 1.5 GHz
• Loading – 450 ohm / 1.3 pF
• Maximum DC – 10V
• DC Offset range -5 to +5 V
• Active probe with Bias / Offset
• Internal / External 50 ohm termination (may be used with 50 ohm or 1Mohm input resistance).
