This is an earlier Olympus eyepiece as supplied with their compound microscopes. It has a chrome-plated brass barrel with a black anodized front lens bezel. Nomenclature on the bezel reads:

The glass is in near-perfect condition. The chrome-plated barrel does have some minor scuffing.
