This item is a Mark-Tech Laser Model 6415 beam-splitter. The beam-splitter is housed in their standard diameter sleeve (1.25 inches) and has detents for positioning the beam-splitter at 90 degrees intervals. The serial number 165 matches that of several other components we have on offer. The date of manufacture is mid-1988.
The beam-splitter allows for a straight shot as well as a 90-degree diversion. The device will fit the magnetic target mount. It is in exceptional cosmetic condition. Glass surfaces appear to be completely free of blemishes. The beam-splitter appears on the Mark-Tech Laser website in the photos of a type 6450 Autocollimator setup, but it is not described independently.
