Linear Stage with 200mm Motion and Origin Search

Description

This MT 160 linear stage has a travel of 200mm. It uses a 1mm pitch leadscrew for extraordinary positioning accuracy. These stages are capable of supporting loads up to 100 Kgs (centered on carriage). These stages also have the optional origin search option. We are uncertain which stepping motor is supplied with the stage – dimensionally it did not match any of the motors listed but it is obviously factory original.

Stage length (less motor) – 393mm + 20mm for bearing housing
Motor length – 178mm including graduated knob
Stage height – 48mm (motor extend 9mm beneath base of stage and 7mm above carriage)
Carriage – 90mm square
Weight – 12.5 kg

The stage is in very fine condition – slight stains on the steel were they were formerly attached to make an XY assembly. Has flexible bellows covers to protect leadscrew and bearings. Covers are in excellent condition.
