HP 1715A Oscilloscope 200MHz with Time Interval.
The unit powers on when plugged in but the screen does not come on. When the beamfind button is pushed a blip shows on the screen for a second but then disappears. Also, there are two chipped knobs as shown in the photo. This unit is being offered AS IS with the provision that it may require repair or may just be for PARTS..
