HP 11729B Carrier Noise Test Set Opt 130

Description

This Carrier Noise Test can be combined with an HP 8662A synthesized signal generator and baseband spectrum analyer to form a complete measurement system for phase noise and AM noise testing of microwave oscillators with a range of 5 MHz to 18 GHz. The option 130 offers direct AM noise measurements with sensitivity of less than -165 dBc/Hz.
