Fiber Optic Tester Model FOT-12AX is a member of the EXFO FOT-10A series of receivers. It includes the PVC holster but not the shoulder strap or the AC adapter. The LC connector adapter is also included along with the carrying case. Unit was tested to power up with indication as shown in photo. The 12AX uses a Germanium detector, and was cycled through the five wavelengths (780, 850, 1300, 1310, and 1550nm). It did pass a self-calibration procedure.
