Laser Head Innova 90 serial # 4382 mfg 8706
Remote Control part # 0155-435-00 serial # 730-15-1640

The tube/head were refurbished in 1998. This unit was taken out of service by 2006. It was operating fine at that time, delivering full specfication output power at 30 amps power for single frequency output using narrow band optics, temperature controlled/stabilized etalon.
