This is the standard slide holder as supplied with the Reichert Zetopan research microscope XY stage. It is suited for standard biological slides of 25x75mm dimension but will accommodate slides up to 50x75mm. The slide holder has an aperture in the back mounting plate through which the X-axis scale and vernier may be read.
The holder is in superb condition with almost no signs of use. It came with a microscope on which the stage had the metallurgical platform installed. These are extremely difficult to find individually.
