Bausch & Lomb Centerable Quadruple

$160.00

This is a very scarce quadruple revolving nosepiece with the provision for centration of each of the objectives. This is particularly useful when employing a rotating stage and it is desired to have the axis of stage rotation perfectly centered within the field of view. It is also invaluable in certain metrollogy applications. The detent is via a spring-loaded ball-bearing. The objective threads are standard RMS. This nosepiece was designed for installation on the modular microscope bodies after removing the single-position spacer ring. The threaded attachment collar also uses an RMS thread allowing the nosepiece to be installed on other microscope tubes.

The nosepiece is in perfect condition with very strong detents and no discernible wear.
