This is the later version of the step transformer commonly supplied with the Bausch & Lomb Nicholas illuminator. It is distinguished from the earlier version by the three-wire line cord and the three-conductor lamp socket on the back of the housing. Bausch & Lomb catalog number of the power supply is 31 35 28. The input is limited to 110 to 127V at 50 to 60 Hz. Output is stepped between 3.9V and 6.6V.
The transformer has been tested working at all output levels. It is in excellent cosmetic condition.
