This is the earlier version of the step transformer commonly supplied with the Bausch & Lomb Nicholas illuminator. It is distinguished from the current version by the two-wire line cord and the two-conductor lamp socket on the back of the housing. Bausch & Lomb catalog number of the power supply is 31 35 30. The input is limited to 110 to 127V at 50 to 60 Hz. Output is stepped between 5.0 and 6.5V at 2.75A.
The transformer has been tested working at all output levels. It is in excellent cosmetic condition.
