This is a Agilent CSA Spectrum Analyzer N1996A 100 KHz- 3 Ghz..
Unit powers on and completes all self test diagnostics.
Cooling fan quiet.
Tested with RF signal generator at various frequencies and input levels O.K.
File storage and retrieval verified with USB port and thumbdrive.
Original Agilent power supply not included with unit.
D.C. input jack and charging circuitry tested O.K.
Lithium ion batteries did charge for testing purposes but should be replaced for reliable portable operation.
