Flexible Armored Fiber Optic Bundle, 36 Inch
$100.00This is a single flexible light guide with armor. Overall length is 36 inches. It has a 10.5mm bundle diameter. The two ferrules are identical, being 11.21mm in diameter and 30mm long. Both have a light crimp mark from a securing screw.
Bundle is in very fine condition without any fiber drop-out.

72 Inch Fiber Optic Bundle with 1 x 36mm Output,
$200.00This fiber-optic bundle has a rectangular output mounted in a flat aluminum block. The block is equipped with a second module with a tilting mirror arrangement.
Input ferrule is the standard Volpi. The output block measures 2 inches wide, 1.5 inches in length, and is 5/8 inch thick. Face-centered, the output measures ~1mm wide, and 36mm long. The tilting mirror adds another 0.8 inches to the length, and the mirror may be locked in any position.
The bundles are in very good condition with the exception of a couple of rub spots where the vinyl-cladding has been abraded and the armor very slightly misshappen. Light transmission has not been affected and the bundles remain pliable even in the compressed locations.

$175.00This is a very well-crafted bifurcated flexible fiber optic bundle. The ferrules are of ground stainless steel, and the bundle is vinyl-clad. Overall length of the light guide is 72 inches.
The input ferrule is 66.5mm in overall length and 19mm in diameter. There is a step down to 12.85mm that is 28mm in length.
The two output ferrules are identical, being 76mm in overall length and 12.6mm in diameter with a 50mm long step down to a 7mm diameter.
The bundle is in perfect condition.

This is the high-power microscope portion of a Nikon Optistation 3 wafer inspection system. The module includes the optical bridge structure, a sub-base, and a motorized scanning / rotating stage with Z-axis focus drive. It will handle wafers up to six inches in diameter.
The optical portion includes a built-in tilting binocular observation tube. There are two image acquisition points at the back of the optical bridge assembly. One is directed straight back and there is an attached camera system installed. It appears to have a linear array detector instead of a matrix. The second port is directed upwards and has a bayonet mount for 3-CCD cameras. A vertical illumination system is also built into the bridge as is a motorized five-position nosepiece. No objectives or oculars are included with the bridge..
All mechanical components, circuit boards, cables, and internal optical assemblies are still present. None of the cables have been severed and the connectors are still present. The external vacuum lines supplying the module have been removed. Please examine the photographs closely. Pillar Stand for Stereo Microscope with 64mm
$260.00This Swift pillar stand includes a focusing yoke for a Model Eight Eighty stereo microscope. The stand is in superb condition. Overall height is 13.5 inches with a 25mm diameter 11 inch column. Vertical travel of 6 inches is possible. The 17.5 inch horizontal boom has a massive fixed counterweight. On the opposite end is an unusual horizontal knuckle joint with clamp screw. Greater than 7 inches of horizontal travel are possible. The focus yoke is installed using a standard 0.625 inch pin. It has a rack and pinion drive with 70mm excursion and a 64mm diameter clamping ring.
Also included is a small lamphouse that fits into an adjustable inclination holder within the focus yoke. The lamphouse does not include a transformer. The lead set from the socket is equipped with standard banana plugs. The lamp is a standard 6V 20W GE 778 halogen bulb. The socket appears to be in perfect condition.
The model Eight-Eighty microscope that came with the stand has a completely frozen zoom mechanism and the alignment is slightly out, therefore we are selling this stand along with the illuminator separately. It is in near perfect cosmetic condition but will require a great deal of work to repair. If you have an interest in the microscope pod please inquire. We would be willing to sell it as-is.

This is the AS 14/50 video microprobe, complete with the focusing unit and the 33mm C-mount adapter tube. It does not include the fiber optic light guide or light source. This is not designed for visual observation, rather it is meant to be used with a C-mount video camera and monitor.The microprobe is essentially a long-distance microscope with very high quality optics. Working distance may be varied by turning the focusing unit, or by adding extension rings to the C-mount adapter. The illumination supplied by the fiber optic source is coaxial to the front objective.
This is a current Volpi product in unused condition. The microprobe includes an after-market 2x C-mount relay lens.
