Coherent Innova 90 Kr+ laser with extended head, temperature controlled etalon cavity, single frequency and broad band optics.
The Coherent Innova 90 series Kr+ ion laser was taken out of service by 2006. It was operating fine at that time, delivering full specification output power at 30 amps power for single frequency output using narrow band optics, temperature controlled/stabilized etalon.
