Socket and Power Supply for 13-pin Photomultiplier

This is a custom made power supply and socket assembly for 13-pin photomultiplier tubes. These assemblies were used in conjunction with Hamamatsu R647 series photomultipliers.
Each assembly houses the socket on one end, the resistor network, and the high-voltage supply. There are three coaxial leads on the opposite side. Two are marked -5V, and +5V, without connectors. The third has an SMA connector, and is marked SIGnal. I do not know if there is an amplifier in the signal portion of the circuit.
These assemblies were pulled from a large detector array that was used for some sort of interferometric alignment. They have not been tested.
