This is a very large precision achromat objective mounted in a cell with a standard size 13.7mm pin. The cell, finished in a crinkle black, has an outside diameter of 140mm, and is 77mm deep. The top of the post is 100mm from the optic axis of the objective.
Mounted within the cell is a cemented doublet achromat lens of 125mm diameter (the cell reduces the clear aperture to 120mm). The lens does have a MgFl coating. The focal length is relatively short for the diameter � only 600mm. We have a pair of identical lenses in identical mounts but we have listed them individually. The price listed is for a single objective in mount.
The lens is in excellent condition � no separation and no blemishes on the glass or in the coatings.
