This is a Chatsworth Products 12900-001 Delphi ECS Enclosure Blower.
The Delphi ECS Enclosure Blower reduces cabinet hot spots up to 15 degrees F while using only 2 RMU (or less) of mounting space. On a raised floor, the Blower provides optimum cooling by delivering the coldest plenum air directly to the server fronts where cooling air intakes are located, resulting in decreased potential downtime and increased server life. On a solid floor, the Blower assists equipment cooling by routing the cooler air from the floor up to the equipment air intakes.
The UL Recognized ECS Enclosure Blower features a durable, lightweight, polymer housing and fits in the bottom of standard 19″ wide cabinets.
This unit came from a working environment and was in good working condition when place in inventory at our warehouse.
