BMR SFU 0102 High Frequency Converter is an industrial frequency converter designed to drive high-speed AC and brushless DC (BLDC) motor spindles used in CNC machinery, milling machines, grinding equipment, engraving systems, and other precision manufacturing applications. It provides precise speed control, motor protection, and stable power delivery for demanding industrial environments.
The converter operates by transforming standard AC mains power into a variable-frequency, variable-voltage three-phase output that controls spindle motor speed and torque. Its onboard digital signal processor (DSP) continuously monitors operating parameters such as voltage, current, and frequency, automatically adjusting the output to maintain stable performance while protecting the motor during acceleration, normal operation, and braking. The SFU 0102 can be configured for different spindle characteristics and integrated with PLCs, CNC controllers, and other automation systems.
