This used Xilinx Kintex-7 FPGA KC705 Evaluation Kit is a high-performance development platform designed for evaluating and prototyping applications requiring high-speed serial connectivity and advanced memory interfaces . The kit is built around the powerful XC7K325T-2FFG900C Kintex-7 FPGA, featuring 326,080 logic cells and 16 GTX transceivers .
The KC705 board provides a comprehensive hardware environment for system architects and FPGA designers targeting applications in high-performance computing, telecommunications, medical imaging, and radar systems . Key features include a PCI Express Gen2 x8 interface (configurable as x8 Gen1 or x4 Gen2), 1GB DDR3 SODIMM memory, dual FMC expansion connectors, HDMI output, and SFP/SFP+ cage for optical networking applications .
