LDS Vacuum 275-000-D.750 Double-Sided Conflat Flange

The LDS Vacuum 275-000-D-.750 double‐sided CF flange provides an ultra‐clean, ultra-high‐vacuum compatible seal for 2.75″ OD (CF275) vacuum systems. Constructed of 304 stainless steel with knife‐edge sealing surfaces on both sides, this “sexless” flange enables direct connection between two CF275 ports, simplifying vacuum chamber builds, modular expansions, or custom vacuum plumbing.

With a robust flange thickness (≈ 0.75″) and six precision clearance holes (0.265″ bolt diameter), this non-rotating flange meets the mechanical demands of bake-out, high‐temperature operations (up to ~450 °C), and UHV service (to ~1×10⁻¹³ Torr).
