Newport Model 150 Magnetic Base

The Newport Model 150 Magnetic Base is a low-profile, heavy-duty magnetic platform designed to securely hold optical components on steel surfaces. Measuring approximately 3 7/8 inches square, it features a top surface drilled and tapped with 1/4-20 threads, accommodating Newport stages, rods, and other compatible components. The magnetic hold can be conveniently activated or deactivated using a hex socket located on each side of the base, allowing for easy positioning and removal.
