This is the entire upper portion of the Diagnostic Instruments boom stand with laminated baseplate, less the actual baseplate. The pillar base support is intended to be installed on a 0.75 inch thick base with standoffs (feet) that are at least 0.5 inchs tall for clearance of the reinforcing plate.
The removable column is 19 inches in height. The column includes a clamping ring for supporting the microscope carrier arm. The carrier arm includes a socket to accept the standard pin from the Bausch & Lomb focusing yoke (E-arm).
Condition of the system is superb.
