The P6134 is a passive probe intended for use with Tektronix 11K series amplifiers with the intelligent probe interface. The TekProbe interface facilitates transfer of input impedance, attenuation, serial number and other parameters to and from the host amplifier. Probe power and communications are an integral part of the connector interface.
