This unit is made to be place on top of a Contraves single axis pedestal rate table to add an additional dimension.  The inner diameter is 11" and the outer diameter is 12.5."  The overall size of the plate is 33" across.

The electronics on this unit appear to be clean and corrosion-free.  We do not, unfortunately, have the compatible cables or manual..
