Lot of 3 Edd-Aire PRT-551A 118505 Portable Transceivers. All units have had the battery removed. 1 unit has had the control hardware removed, case screws removed, and the rear plate is missing (view the gallery images). This unit cannot be powered on. The other 2 units power on, un-squelch and receive Logan Int’l airport traffic with external antenna connected. No microphone for transmitter test into dummy load/radio monitor. The controls/switches will need cleaning and lubrication. Units are in good condition, the frequency selectors function, and have not been tampered with or lubricated. No Microphones, external speakers, antennas, manuals, brackets or other accessories. As shown. Rare item – perfect for vintage aircraft restoration or a Movie/Television prop.
