This is the lower portion of a Leitz Ergoplan semi-conductor inspection microscope. Most everything is missing from inside the casting with the exception of the course and fine gearing and the stage elevator module. All of the drive electronics are gone as well as the motor drive module. Please study the photos to see what is included. Condition of the remaining parts is excellent.
