Fiber Optic Tester Model FOT-12AX is a member of the EXFO FOT-10A series of receivers. It includes the PVC holster and the shoulder strap. The SC connector adapter is also included. Does not include carrying case or AC adapter. Unit was tested to power up with indication as shown in photo. The 12AX uses a Germanium detector, and was cycled through the five wavelengths (780, 850, 1300, 1310, and 1550nm). It did pass self-calibration procedure.
