Epiplan 10 / 0.2 Objective for Comparison

This is a specialized objective that is intended for the small Zeiss semiconductor comparison microscope. The objective thread is much smaller than the normal RMS thread (13.5mm diameter with a 0.35mm thread pitch). This objective also has an extension tube that is 34mm long. There are no optics in the extension tube.
The objective is engraved with an infinity symbol, slash, 1.5. This would indicate it was intended to look at pattern geometry on semiconductor masks, with the substrate facing the objective (1.5mm thick glass).
